Since then, children between the ages of 4 and 12 have had experiences filled with creativity, play, and discovery, through activities designed to show them the daily work of their mothers and fathers, thus strengthening their sense of belonging and family pride.

Each edition reinforces the values that define us, inspires future vocations, and celebrates the importance of family within our organizational culture. Today, with more than five generations of young participants, we reaffirm our commitment to human-centered architecture, from the ground up.
