Migdal Arquitectos

Jaime Varon (1965) and Abraham Metta (1966) founded Migdal Arquitectos in 1989 in Mexico City. In 1998, Alex Metta (1973) joined the executive team. All are architecture graduates from the Universidad Iberoamericana.

Migdal Arquitectos is a project development firm offering services ranging from design, engineering, architectural supervision and construction through to management and cost control. The firm encompasses a wide range of activities that are carried out by a group of professionals specializing in different disciplines, together with consultancy from national and international companies.

At Migdal Arquitectos we design and build with the aim of enriching the urban context and creating architecture that lasts the test of time.

Our company takes on projects ranging from social to mid-range housing, office towers, shopping malls, industrial parks, and cultural and specialist buildings, among other types. Some of these are considered urban icons for their locations, such as the Gota de Plata auditorium in Pachuca, or Central Park Interlomas.

Mission

Our mission is to create and build architectural spaces that present an artistic, technical, financial and social balance, which are built to last, and enrich the human environment.

To work in an integrated, multidisciplinary fashion with a comprehensive vision of the architectural process, and with social responsibility in order to generate value for all those people who are connected to Migdal Arquitectos.

Vision

Migdal Arquitectos aspires to achieve creative and technical contributions in the field of architecture and to be a reference point in the industry thanks to its standards of quality and leadership, promoting progress and growth for its partners. In addition, it seeks continual improvement, the incorporation of new technologies, and best business practices that contribute to its development.

For Migdal Arquitectos it is important to be a socially responsible company that demonstrates concern for the impact it has on the cities where it designs projects, generating employment and overseeing the security of its operations.
