We believe that recognizing the dedication, care, and commitment of our female colleagues is also part of building meaningful spaces.

Throughout the day, we delivered gifts both at our headquarters and on various project sites, bringing a small but heartfelt token of appreciation to each of the Migdal moms. It was a simple yet sincere way to say: thank you for being here, for balancing so many roles, and for doing it with a strength that inspires us.
