Century Plaza is a corporate building with 58,000 m² of construction, comprising 8 basement parking levels, 22 typical floors, a mezzanine at ground level, a penthouse, and a helipad. Its design—an abstract, slender glass prism—integrates into the urban context through public plazas and a hierarchical entrance defined by a slab that forms the motor lobby. The volume is segmented by large panes of insulated glass, which regulate solar radiation and enhance interior comfort. The ventilated façade with ceramic panels and terraces on each floor promotes thermal efficiency and natural ventilation. Vertical aluminum elements emphasize the building’s height, concealing the number of floors. On the southwest façade, a black ceramic strip marks the service core.
The project incorporates sustainable systems such as rainwater harvesting and pressurized stairwells. At ground level, the double-height space includes retail areas. Construction management was carried out by ALHEL Grupo Inmobiliario.
