Villa Nautilus, located in Acapulco, Guerrero, adapts to the site's slope through a composition of staggered volumes that reinterpret the existing topography. A transverse block, designed as a bridge, connects the street to the residence, marking the main entrance. The spatial layout integrates circulation routes and transitional areas, while the service spaces are oriented to the west to mitigate solar impact and regulate the interior climate. Glazed façades and slightly rotated levels allow for expansive views of the bay and enhance northern orientation. Parapets are gradually reduced according to the rotation, optimizing solar protection without compromising the views.
